SME Trade Finance Assist is a Diverse Funds Facilitation Service Provider for SMEs and ISCs in sourcing for Loans, Credit and Trade lines with Banks and Financial Institutions. Formed in 2006, its Principal Associates are practitioners in fund facilitations for more than 3 years.

STFA is ‘success based’ i.e. to totally committed in ensuring the success of getting the Business Loans or Trade line approved. Given our mutual acceptance to undertake the brief, a Step procedure will be executed and culminating when a Bank Letter of Offer is materialised.

WHICH COMPANIES ARE ELIGIBLE?


ALL companies are eligible. However, in assisting entrepreneurship, we cater mostly to Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) and Internationalising Singapore Companies (ISCs) which comprised 95% of companies registered in Singapore.


A SME is
A company must have at least 30% local shareholding. A company's fixed assets (at net book value) must not exceed S$15 million. If a company is in the service industry, it must also have an employment size not exceeding 200 workers.


A ISC is
A company must have at least 30% local shareholding. A company's fixed assets (at net book value) should exceed S$15 million but not more than S$50 million. If a company is in the service industry, it must also have an employment size of more than 200 but not more than 500 workers.
